Cannot do manual reurns and was not auto assessed, my profile in limbo

So , SARS sends out communication that auto assessment will commence from 2024/07/01 - 2024/07/14 and then manual submissions from 2024/07/15 - . I wake up this morning and according to my mobile app, i may be under auto assessment but on my laptop i am not under auto assessment. Bottom line, I cannot submit my 2024 tax returns. No more online chat to resolve query. I must search and search and search and finally get a link that hopefully helps. Log a ticket, get a response but how long will this take. Each and every year there is one thing or another. THIS YEAR, I CANNOT DO MY RETURNS. SORT THIS OUT ASAP. YOU ARE VERY FAST TO SEND NOTIFICATIONS TO DO RETURNS BUT I WANT TO BUT CANNOT.
