Can you please assist.

Hi I am writing on behalf of my father who is 83 years old. Hes been going to SARS to claim his late son money ( brother to me) and everytime he goes they will tell him to submit documents over and over again. He has submitted all the documents and now they are telling him to submit the RIP5 for my late brother from 2009 to 2017 and my brother past on in January 2009. We further went to his employer which is SAPS and request them if they do have them, but they told us that they don't have them because he past on so there was no contribution which it makes sense to us but not to SARS.

What makes me angry is that every time he goes to ask something they will turn him away and tell him he did not make an appointment. Maybe i might not be aware what I know is that as an old man of 83years they were just supposed to give him answers rather than sending him from pillar to poster.
