Can I get help

Last year November I went to SARS Bara branch to get the tax clearance for my company and they said I can only do it online and I went back ,since that day I have been trying to link my company and I'm failing.i have been calling the call centre and no one is helping me,last time they logged a call for specialist but she failed to help me,today again I hold for almost an hour but twice my calls where cut before I could even be assisted.

I'm receiving an email saying I will be personalised and I don't understand it but when I ask call center agent they don't have answers I'm so disappointed and I have lost hope
