I really needed to talk to someone because my problem is complicated, but when I called the customer service number, I had to go through all these prompts that got me nowhere. And after all that, I still had no answer to my question. The use of your IVR is no nonsense and your app is no user friendly at all. I believe that department was meant to assist client to be compliant with SARS. I tried to file my returns in 2020 after my retrenchment and asked for callback on that stupid horrible app of yours no one has get back to me till today. tried to call sometime last week in the morning you get to be told you are number 1200 on the queue, you get to hold for more than an hour.
