CALL CENTRE USELESS

Having submitted my Tax Return on the 1st July as I do every year, now awaiting a refund of over R18000 SARS call center keeps telling you to wait 4 weeks, the website says 2 weeks (and has been saying so for 12 weeks) and NOBODY can give answers. What if I owed SARS money???? No one comes back to you and no one can give you answers. totally unacceptable.
