CALL CENTRE LINES DROP AFTER 2 HOURS HOLDING ON THE LINE

I have been trying to contact SARS re my refund as the 72 hours have passed. I have been holding on the phone for 2 hours and then the phone drops. Can they please contact me urgently as I need to understand why my refund hasn't been paid.
