CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE NOT HELPFULL

Sars will not help ,All they do is refer you to another department !!!!! They are completely hopeless even worste now that they working from home ,all we want to do is pay our tax and make sure everything is in order but they do not want to assist.I spoke to Mamothibi case number *** who refused to assist as I did not have a vat number I expalined that I was finding out where I am with reagrds to my vat registration she said to call back and speak to income tax I said they will not help me as its not an income tax query.I gave her my case number and went into the btranch like 7 times and still everyone refers you!what more do they need I keep submitting the same docs to diffrent departemnts they actually givinbg themselves more work because they dont know what they doing!Its a complete mess !!!!they have no knowledge of what they doing they only issue refrence nubers all day no one works.Its pathethic!!!! *********544629 I asked Joshua to call me and Im yet to see what happens.
