Call centre agent dropped the line!!!

<p>I was holding on for an agent to assist me with my querie, she din't allow me to talk and wanted to tell me what she knew was right without actually listening when I was asking her for the second time she dropped the call in my ear. I phoned again and the next agent actually took some time to explain to me what was the mistake(that BTW was made by a SARS agent)!!! Not impressed with their service.</p>
