Call centre

I requested for a call back which I received thankfully however at the end of the call I asked a few questions and the lady just answered like I was annoying her neither the less I waiting on the line to rate the services just to hear her speak to a colleague about me that I'm too forward (ngiyaphapha) why would I want to speak to the verification department which she mentioned they don't have she thought I was not on the line at the time Now please make me understand what kind of service that is and what exactly your call centre agents are hired for , all your calls are recorded therefore she and her manager better give me a call before I escalate it further, I will not pay tax just to be a topic after a call
