Bungled communication lines

"Dear Taxpayer, your Income Tax refund for *** is on hold due to the fact that you have outstanding returns for prior years 2009, 2011. Please submit the outstanding returns in order to enable SARS to pay your refund. #YourTaxMatters"

I received the above sms EVERY Monday for about the last 3 years. The cell number is mine (for over 20 years), but it's not my tax number! Well done SARS, your records are as accurate as post office deliveries are reliable
