Booking and Telephone system not working.

You don't deserve your one star rating, your system is not working at all. I tried to make a booking on line-on-line numerous times without any luck. Called and held the first call for 45 minutes + when reached no 1 the line was cut off. The 2nd time it was for 1H40minutes and just to answer and give my ID number and Name and dead went the line. What do I do to get a booking.
