Bogus auto assessment

I received an sms to say that an auto assessment was done and I'm due to receive a fund of R5000 and when I logged into e-filing... The IT34 shows that I owe SARS R6000. Never have I owed SARS any money... How is it that your sms says one thing and something else on e-filing
