Biometric System not working at SARS

My SARS E-Filing was stopped and after calling SARS I was told to go to the SARS near me to have the Stoppa removed. I have to prove to SARS that I have been paying them too much money. I just returned from the Bellville SARS branch. I arrived there and was told to wait for the lady outside. She gave me a red sticker and told me to wait under a tree. After 20 minutes of braving cold windy weather outside a group of us with white and red stickers went inside. We queued at the front desk, but were told to go sit as there were no more numbers to give us. Another 20 minutes past and we were just given random numbers. We had to then go upstairs and waited for our numbers to be called. After 2 hours I got up and tore up may sticker and number and left it on the front desk. At the door I made my grievance herd to the lady that gave the red sticker outside. I told her I felt like a prisoner waiting at Aushwitz for the ovens to get burned. She told me that they know that the system does not work, but they have tried everything. This is inhumain treatment. A lady was waiting there with her family before our group arrived and when I walked away, she was still there. Someone need to fix this!
