BIGGEST ************ & *******

I have been waiting on parcels for months and never receive them! all these parcels stop tracking at SARS Int Customs and I never see them! I have lost over R20,000 in parcels over the last two years as they keep going missing! If you call the call center they never answer and when they do they cut you off straight away! No one ever responds to emails or complaints. This is just disgusting service and its such a shame that we can employ people these days that are not *********... The items I have lost through SARS ports of entry when I moved home account for R200k in tvs, sound systems, clothing and all my stuff I had in the UK. I have recently lost another two packages from US and China all because the guys at customs have sticky fingers. One parcel had electrical wiring kit for a bike and the other a few T-Shirts I had made up. Seriously this needs to be dealt with....
