Bad treatment

Today ,We had an appointment at SARS Mitchell's plain for 13h30.Only got attended at 15:10.

Only to be told only the public official can come in after standing for 2 hours.Also they said one appointment,one company.

Why should I come in different days for tax issues when I am already at SARS .

The staff is rude, unprofessional.The bald coloured guy,very light skinned shouted at us like we are his kids.

He had no name tag hence the description.

Your staff can do better ,I visited Bellville branch before and there you get good customer service not this unprofessionalism.
