Bad telephone etiquette

I have been trying to call Sars to reset my contact details asi have forgotten my password, but each time the consultants they hang up on me as my contacts can't be verified, and I believe my e-filing information has been tempered with, I can't resolve the matter telephonic ally and they don't want to advise as what must I do as they always hang up on me,
