Bad Services from Sars

Sars the worst experience ever. i had submitted my tax returns in September and until now i got no response from them i had called and was told 5 different story's in regards to my returns. an agent **** to me by telling me that he will contact the auditors and ask them to deal would my case and when i called an other agent informed me that they can not do that. this is the second time that SARS has miss lead me . their services and information is never consistent, and some of the staff do not know what there are saying.
