Bad service SARS

Im waiting for SARS now fow over 2 months just to reactivate my tax number everytime they say please wait. I started a new job so my previous job wants to pay out my pension but cant do it without my tax number thats not activated. East london SARS helped me firts but still waiting,then i phoned SARS send them all the documents the needed and said its in prosess but still nothing. Is there anyone that can help me please
