Bad Service - SARS

Good morning I would like about the dispute that was lodged at SARS on 23 November 2023. However in February , I was informed that I need to submit tax retirement annuity and retirement annuity certificate was submitted on 08 March 2024 including the other supporting documents as I have a child with special needs. However the on the 06 April 2024. On the 02 May , I have an email school quote nearer to the school where my son is attending. On 3 May 2024, the quote was submitted. The follow up call was made to SARS confirming the receipt the of the quote however I was told that dispute would take anther 60 days. On the same day in the evening that the dispute was rejected and suspension was revoked without the reason
