BAD SERVICE SARS!!!!

Sars is very bad!!!!I phoned yesterday morning at 8 o clock which I was 1091 in the cue when I reached 82 they disconnected the call I phoned back twice and the same thing happen.This morning I phoned again and yet again they disconnected the phone call you service is very vey very bad I'm so disappointed didn't expect this and don't even talk about the staff not very helpful that's the reason I have to phone back.
