BAD SERVICE SARS

On 14/01/2020 I physically visited SARS office in Krugersdorp for my 2019 returns. After the assessment has been processed I was told to expect refund, but there's a certain amount that I owe of which would be deducted and get the remaining. On 15/01/2020 I sent call back as to get clarity on the amount that would be deducted of which I paid in 2018/10/25. It was explained well to an extent that the same payment was done twice . Kholeka ref call *** SARS Personnel said the money would be paid to my account after all the processess.

On 17/01/2020 sent call back again for follow up progress. Thandi called and she dropped while I was checking my tax number. How rude is that? Tried again in few minutes Dyna called . She said my 2014 returns is under audit. I said no one told me about that,she rep**** by saying I'm telling you now. What kind of response is this , as if I'm a preschooler. I calm myself down asked for waiting time, she said forever. How come should I wait forever whereas I had sleepless nights on SARS calling in 2018 just for R2300 that I I was owing. I've asked for ref call *** and ended the call.

Later around 15:52 tried again someone called confirmed 2014 audit.I also told her that no one told me about that all these years I've been submitting. She said they are currently prioritising 2019 audits she won't be able to tell me how long should I wait. I asked her that, does it mean I need to wait forever she said Yes. I said to her that's not fair cause I've been submitting all these years no one made me aware of audit and no feedback either. I got furious said I'll post this and she started saying she would check the system. Nothing found on the system and she said would escalate the matter and I would be contacted in 2 days on the audit progress. This is the worst SERVICE I ever got. SARS is *****ing people's money whereas when you owe them you don't sleep with their calls. That's South African Revenue Services I'm so so DISAPPOINTED as a taxpayer. Ref call ***. Why should I wait for 2 days for 2014 issues??? Today it's Friday 24/01/2020 no contact or SMS from SARS. Fail to understand
