Bad service of note SARS, horrible

SARS you keep approving my corrections and when you need to refund me you ask me to upload supporting documents. How many times must I submit and when you try to get an agent online none is available and when calling the helpdesk I start from number 800 then suddenly line cuts. I have had with you, its totally unacceptable that law abiding citizens have to suffer like this. Call me on ***
