Bad service:I hate institution that doenst develop the process well

<p>I am trying to register on efilling and there is a form that i need to sign and fax to SARS Efilling.Ive done that and the past 2 days ive been trying to fax to that number and it says no answer.I called twice to request other ways to send this form because i need to use my efilling.They keep telling i should continue try faxing because there is no other way to send this form.I went to Randburg branch,they would take the form because they saying they are not efilling.How else am i supposed to get this form to efilling department for them to activate my efilling account?</p> <p> </p> <p>I just hate bad service and unplanned processes.I mean we should be given 4 or more options to send this form or even better do the approval online.1 fax number that is used by the whole country and you even say its a busy fax number.Do you expect people to stand near the fax machine trying to fax.</p>
