Bad service from SARS Vereeniging

Sara sent my hubby an email that his docs are outstanding. He made an appointment to sit in with a consultant. Whe he gets there he was told his employer did not submit his IRP 5, he was turned away. When he gets to work his HR showed him that all IRP5 were submitted. What an unprofessional service from SARS.
