Bad Service from SARS, refusal to pay back R180k

It's unfair that when you owe money to SARS, you must pay asap,but when they must refund you R180 000 , you battle for years to fight to get your money...many visits over the last two years to SARS only to find that due to their incompetence to do their work properly...you must suffer financially...and no payback, you can kiss your money goodbye
