Bad Service from SARS

I'm not happy with the service I'm not receiving from SARS, It's been almost 3 months of not receiving my tax return money which I was told needed to be sent to me once I sent them the necessary details. I call everyday wait for hours on end to keep waiting for nothing.

I have a case number that they gave me but I'm being sent from pilar to post after I did my part.. What is happening I can't understand it... Case number ***.

I seriously am not happy with the eay things are being done.
