Bad Service from Sars

Since February I been going to Sars Pretoria central branch 7 without help, I did submission for 2008 and 2016 as they mentioned they need to pay me 2090.90 since then I been enquiry in those lazy employees in June one of them told he ca see I made the submission for 2008 but Charged R250 a month but 20009 to 2024 they never mentioned so the amount of R2090.90 the owe me they pay for penalties which it's ther fault I need the Sars manager to give me answers imagine been assisted by lazy employees who get fat salary yet they treat bad they don't care have dirty filter attitude its total a grace service
