Bad service from SARS

SARS is so unproffesional. I filled my return on 16 July 2024. They requested documents and I sumitted on 18/07, 30/07, 15/08. I was told that they are are still busy with bank verifications, the process will take 21 days. Yo date, I haven’t received my money. Their system still says they are busy with verifications. When you call them, it takes forever for them to answer and when they answer those consultants tell you to continue waiting. I want my money, I am paying SARS every month. It is not acceptable that they do not adhere to their policies. If money should be paid on my account, it should be paid
