Bad service from SARE

I have been waiting since 21/08/2019 for my tax assesment for return. When I contacted them they gave me a new date 30/09/2019 and the interest date was 01/09/2019 Tax refrence number: ***. I have tried contacting them multiple times with no success no feedback. When I speak to someone they are rude and say they will get back to me and I am still waiting. It has been 10 months and circumstances and being a pensioner I need the money ASAP.
