Bad service from Contact Centre

I needed to pay an amount via E Filing. Called your ********** 277 Staff are not helpful whatsoever. When asking the guy how long does it take before SARS receive the payment he says he thinks 3 days . They are the Contact Centre who are suppose to assist you.... and they don't know. Pathetic.

I need to know if the payment was received by SARS. I need a competent person to contact me.
