Bad service from an *********** consultant

Looks like I'm gonna have to go back to SARS again tomorrow in Dube branch. It appears that the lady that was helping me with tax return on the 23rd of September didn't capture for 2019. Was expecting a refund due to me today on 31st of October as per sms, consultant, and account statement result. When I realised nothing was coming my account opted to contact call centre which is when I advised 2019 was outstanding. Very angry and sad with the service I got from that lady. Will be going back to the branch again tomorrow. SARS Dube branch is disappointing. My whole experiences that day was not pleasant. I was almost sent back because another lady there from the reception said 15:00 was too late for my queries. They didn't have name tags on them but I'll make sure I get their names tomorrow
