bad service from Albert ***

I contacted Sars to follow up on the requested documents and spoke to the advisor by the name of Albert who did assist me at all in fact he just dropped the call without assist me.. Sies maan he should be taught about treating customer fairly.. i'm paying tax every month and now when i wanted to be assist with my return they asking me about many documents of which i did submit...

I need my money its mine and this should be escalated now.

Albert should work in retail not contact center. you are useless i wonder how you got that job..
