Bad service for 5 months

worse of all been trying to re-activate a tax number since last year September all the documents submitted, and we have been calling to get feedback they have nothing spoke to a lady by the Name Cindy who was so rude and never gave me a chance to explain... asked for a surname she couldn't give me.... SARS people are worse Now was told I have to redo the whole process since the case was closed
