Bad Service Ever -Useless Red Tape by this useless ANC government

I have been waiting for my refund for almost two months now and every week I am requested to provide documents which I have multiple times submitted and I really feel I am being held ransom for my money the owe me. Yikes don’t understand how difficult it is to review documents which have already been submitted multiple times and and wch time you are told it is not our department responsibility .No wonder the ANC lost votes of this **** useless service we are being provided. No one takes accountability.

Mahloko Sello and Gugu Nxumalo have all made promises that I will be sorted and I again just received a message that I need to submit documents I already submitted multiple times. Where should I go now cause I am tired of calling with the same outcome.
