Bad service

I've been trying for months to comply with sars. I've submitted all documents online, only for sars to write back to me saying I'm non compliant. Finally gone to see a consultant at the Michellsplaine prominade branch. I am no 132, they are by no 60, counter 17 has been busy for over 45min. Just working for a salary is not working, the consultants need to have some short of performance criteria. Not happy.
