Bad service

I visited SARS klerksdorp branch and received bad service, you sit down in a queue with no call out numbers, I keep asking when I will get my ticket number and they keep saying they are coming. I have been coming back for weeks and my problem isn’t solved. Like it’s dissapointing im not happy at all.
