Bad service

I have been battling submitting my 2014 return to sars since 2023 . First I did everything on efilling then I was told it is rejected because of a certain directive. I went straight to sars to submitt all the documents they needed and they told me I can now be able to submit the 2014 return. To which it was all a lie because the return still got rejected. Also my question is why couldn't they submit the return themselves that day. Sadly I am so far away from a sars branch, having to go there costs a lot of money. I have more years of returns I'm still trying to submit to them, what makes me angry is that my IRP5s are there on their system but they keep askig for supporting documents and they have recent supporting documents of my particulars because the year 2023 was submitted successfully yet for 2*** they want documents. I really don't understand SARS at thus point. Fine I have all the documents however the 2014 tax return still gets rejected by them when I enter values for an old mutual retirement I had it keeps saying its incorrect yet I take it from a tax certificate. I dont know what to do anymore, they keep sending me emails at SARS daily but they reject my return,I'm starting to feel it's because SARS owes me R113 000 in total so they are avoiding paying me
