Bad 😔 service 😡

I am so angry and disappointed on the service I am getting from SARS July I was supposed to get a refund off R7182 from my assessment witch is done around July so I did not get my refund as I had outstanding documents witch I had to submit I submitted July already couple off weeks I got a email stating that varification has been finalized is is varification for 2018 already everything Is in order and it's been a month I still have not received any refund
