Bad Service by SARS efiling

I met the efiling deadline, forwarded my supporting documents within the required 21 days. I was advised SARS received my supporting documents and will assess and verify my case within 21 working days. The 21 working days SLA expired on 13th Nov 23. I called in December, I was number 450 in the queue, I held on for 30min, the call was dropped. I enquired on SARS website as to the status of my case only to be advised an assessor has still not been assigned. The service is unacceptable.
