Bad service

Did a return, and then given a turn around time of 21 days which it pass with extea 10 days did a follow up and still had to wait, yesterday i received an sms stating my case has been solved meaning I was due for a refund, now they are telling me discovery didnt send a medical certificate which makes m lost because when i call discovery, they say they dont send anything to them thats supposed to be done by myself which i already send... I am really lost
