Bad Service at SARS

I went to SARS Randburg yesterday 21 August 2015 to submit as normal. To my surprise I had the same problem I had last year around the same time. Unfortunately after having spent about half a day I still left unsatisfied and as a result I do not know where I stand with regards to TAX. I was asked to get an affidavit of which I did and upon my return I was told that its not valid. This happened last year as well at eDube Branch though. Now I have to track back an IRP5 that dates back to 2006. That's about 9 years ago. Yet one of the other staff members said this was available on their system. Although my assessment was completed I am unable to receive what is refundable as per the assessment. SARS is shocking. I really don't like going there as I don't win all the time. SARS staff is ***********. I was promised a call first thing this morning. This has not happened and my time is 13:51. Hope this gets sorted one day.
