Bad service and *****ulent

On the 21st I submitted my efillings. I changed my account the same time I did an effilling. But SARS decided to pay the money to the account that has been closed. They even blame me for it. Every time I call no one is willing to help me. I fell like they didn't pay it ti the old account someone is taking it.
