Rude and *********** staff. When Sars taxed my pension money of R68 000 they didn't tell they will take it in 7 days they just took it. Now when they should refund me they want to tell me 7 working days since the 16th of August 2019. Call centre agents are telling you that you frustrated and ask you can't you count.
