Bad service and attitude

Bad attitude from SARS agent. I do not believe this lady from SARS I call in to inquire instead of helping me she gives me attitude. It’s not our problem it’s a Monday and she in her mood I was just asking... It’s her JOB to assist and advice where necessary not give SARS payers attitude. I have felt so disrespected and undermined in my whole life. Such agent must be fired and her voice tone has so much cheeky attitude. If necessary your company should listen to the call because I have called sirs so many time in my life I have never spoken to anyone so impatient even when I started using E filling the 1st time. Girl please get your act right because I will not be disrespected like that never. I expect a written apology or I will to hellopeter each and every day I do not mind for people like your agent who think they are better than us.
