bad service

I did pay all amount that was showing on the letter of demand but I see that there's amount outstanding and its increasing I logged case after paying the amount as I was advised by your consultant more than 30 days ago even now no response

your agents are not so helpful and again I phoned to check if all returns were filed they said there's no outstanding but when I checked last week there was 1 outstanding.

Please help to remove owed money
