Bad service

I went at sars East London on the 02.11.22 I was turned away at the door they told me I don't have an appointment when I wanted to make an enquiry about the matter that was very urgent the security were very rude when I asked their names they refused to give me the names u saw am consultant coming out and she said no matter how urgent the matter is I still need to book an appointment
