Bad service

South African Revenue Service (SARS) I am very unhappy with SARS.In June I called in to be assisted with submitting and correcting the amount that was on system to a lower amount ,instead the lady who was assisting me took it up from R9000(that was in error) to R36 000 and now it has increased to over R37000 due to charges/penalties, that time I don't even have a business , I have medical aid bt can't even claim from them,instead they say I owe them always ,I tried by all means to fix it by going to the branch in Randburg even making calls (which were not answered most of the time as I would be making calls whilst at work and I would be number 1000 on the line) I tried to explain that this is depressing me a lot and they need to fix it, but non of them wants to help me, I did not want to end up reporting them but it's been too long and now their season of submitting is almost over and the thought of my salary being taken and going deeper into debt is really depressing,I want to apply for 2 pot as I have school fees that is outstanding and now it's October and I cannot do that becaruse I owe SARS.
