Bad service

Guys your service sucks, went to Diepkloof branch and i was told auto assessment did not captured my medical aid details for 2022 and 2023 that time i just paid R7800, please see case *** and resolve my query ASAP because both your live chat and contact numbers are not working. Why must we going to the branch if we not going to get any help
