bad service

BAD SERVICE i called in for making payment arrangements i was told that i would be called on monday 08/08 at 3;30 by some lady then i took my lunch at the time only to discover that the lady called at 10am and i couldn't make arrangements now sars will take 15% of my salary which i cant afford i have been trying to call them since morning till now at 14:45 i went from caller 520 to number one and the consultant hung on me after a long wait tried their complaints department waited for 2hours and was still not helped
