Bad service

This people dont communicate with you but they come up with a decision to deduct my money,i pay more than athousand tax every month then all of a sudden i owe sars R170000.where is this amount comming from.and beside if you deduct R3000 every month how do they expect me to live by.our goverment is selfish really.what did i do because i pay every month i think further investigation must be conducted or is it time to take this matter to the lawyers.people owe sars then sars decide to collect the money through us.this is wrong
